Strategi Kepala Madrasah Dalam Meningkatkan Proses Pembelajaran Di Mis Al Ikhwan Tenjo

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the concept of the head of the madrasa in improving the learning process at MIs Al Ikhwan Tenjo and to find out the inhibiting factors for the head of the madrasa in improving the learning process at MIs Al Ikhwan Tenjo. This study used an approach in the form of field studies at MIs Al Ikhwan Tenjo, the data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects are: Head of Madrasah and Teachers. The steps for analyzing data are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions or data verification. The results of this study indicate that the principal of the madrasa has a very important role in improving the learning process at MIs Al Ikhwan Tenjo. Through all the strategies carried out by the head of the madrasa, the realization of educational institutions that have clear goals. In improving the learning process at MIs Al Ikhwan Tenjo, the principal of the madrasah has obstacles such as lack of infrastructure and lack of teacher performance.
