Abstract

This study intended to analyse, describe and comprehend the application of the teacher’s role as a communicator in building the importance of pleasant, conversational character education in Aisyah’s film: Let Us Be Brothers by Hewin Novianto. This study employed a qualitative method of library research type. The data collection applied content analysis techniques. The study’s findings indicated there was a message and relevance of the teacher’s role as a communicator and the value of communicative character education in Aisyah’s film: Let Us Be Brothers, by Herwin Novianto, namely: 1) The teachers’s role as communicators (able to channel their knowledge for the good of society, create harmony, solve problems for the benefit and sincerely help students who are having difficulties). 2) The value of pleasant communicative education (being patient, adaptive, inquiring about students’ conditions further, socialising with students, and visiting their houses)
