Abstract

This Study this aim for know " Influence " Convenience and Benefits Transaction On Mobile Banking Services Against Satisfaction Customer ". Variables used in study this is Ease (X1), Benefit (X2) and Satisfaction Customer (Y). Technique analysis used in study this is descriptive quantitative with use technique Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with SmartPLS software Version 3.0. Method used in study this is method quantitative with research instruments in the form of questionnaire . Respondent in study this numbered 82 people who were determined with use purposive sampling technique with Sample from study this is criteria Bank Syariah Indonesia customer KCP Tangerang Cikupa 1 Banten as respondent user BSI mobile banking services . Results study from use SmartPLS show that variable Ease (X1) is said take effect by Partial to Satisfaction Customer (Y) of T - hitung 0.456, T-Statistic 3.895, P-value 0.000 <0.05. The benefit (X2) is said take effect by Partial to Satisfaction Customer (Y) of T - hitung 0.507, T-Statistic 3.510, P-value 0.000 <0.05 and each variable Ease (X1), Benefit (X2) is said take effect by simultaneous to Satisfaction Customer (Y) with R-Square value of 0.898 means 89.8% Satisfaction Customer influenced by whole variable X that is convenience and benefit whereas the rest by 11.2% (100% - 89.8%) influenced by variable other outside variable used in study this .
