This study aims to determine the perceptions of residents of Jatake Village, Pagedangan District, Tangerang Regency, who use Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Automated Teller Machine (ATM) services, regarding the accessibility and effectiveness of these services. Although there are no BSI ATMs in Jatake Village, residents still use BSI ATM services through the ATM Bersama network or by accessing ATMs outside the village. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observations, and documentation of residents living in Jatake Village and actively using BSI ATM services. The results indicate that the accessibility of BSI ATM services is considered low, due to limited facilities, long travel distances, and additional costs. However, in terms of effectiveness, BSI ATM services are considered quite good by some residents, particularly in terms of ease of use, transaction speed, and security. This study recommends that Bank Syariah Indonesia increase the availability of ATMs in rural areas and expand service network integration to improve user convenience.
