Abstract

Improving the quality of Islamic-based Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is a strategic effort to shape holistic child development, encompassing cognitive, socio-emotional, moral, and religious aspects. This study aims to analyze strategies for improving the quality of Islamic-based PAUD at the Madinatur Rahmah Islamic Kindergarten (KB-TK Islam) using a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and document studies. Data analysis was carried out thematically through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity testing using source and technique triangulation. The results of the study indicate that strategies for improving the quality of Islamic-based Early Childhood Education (PAUD) at KB-TK Islam Madinatur Rahmah include: Internal PAUD Quality Assurance, Improving educator competency through continuous professional development, Strengthening the Islamic-based PAUD curriculum, Optimizing child-centered learning management; and Active involvement of parents and the community as educational partners. These strategies have a positive impact on the quality of learning, the formation of religious character, and the overall development of children.
