INTERNALISASI NILAI ISLAM DALAM MENDIDIK KEPRIBADIAN REMAJA: PERAN ORANG TUA

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) Knowing and analysing the role of parents in educating children's personalities in Binong Village Tangerang, 2) Identifying and analysing the role of parents in internalising Islamic religious values in Binong Village Tangerang, 3) Knowing the impact of Islamic religious values on the personality of teenagers in Binong Village Tangerang. This research uses field research with data collection through interview techniques, observation and documentation. As for data analysis using Miles and Huberman model theory which involves data reduction, data presentation, and Conclusion withdrawal, and validating data using data triangulation techniques. The results showed that parents in Binong Tangerang used several methods applied in instilling Islamic religious values by applying methods of advice and discussion, law, supervision and practice. This has a positive impact on the attitude of teenagers in Binong Tangerang village, namely having an obedient, disciplined, honest and mutual respect, being responsible for life, and being able to communicate well with parents.
