PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENGHAFAL AL-QUR’AN PADA ANAK USIA 5-6 TAHUN DENGAN METODE TALAQQI

This study is a classroom action research (CAR). This study was conducted in 2 cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation of actions, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were 15 children aged 5-6 years. The data sources came from teachers and students. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation or archives. Data validity uses the method triangulation technique. Data analysis uses qualitative analysis techniques and quantitative analysis. The procedure of this study is a related spiral. The results of the study showed that through the Talaqqi method, the ability to memorize the Qur'an can be improved from the pre-cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. The learning process in the pre-cycle is teacher-centered so that the activity of memorizing the Qur'an in children is low. The increase began to occur in cycle I although it was not optimal. In the implementation of cycle II, it increased to a higher level so that it could support efficient and quality learning. The conclusion of this study is an increase in the ability to memorize the Qur'an in children aged 5-6 years.
