Abstract

The ability of the IT Auladi Islami Kindergarten children in Rajeg District in activities to recognize letters and vocabulary is still not good and the children feel bored participating in these activities. Using the storytelling method can help improve your little friends' ability to recognize letters and vocabulary at Auladi Islami IT Kindergarten. is one of the hopes and objectives of this analysis carried out as an effort to motivate little friends to be able to recognize letters in improving language development in children by using effective diction and sentences using storytelling methods carried out by educators or teachers at the Auladi Islami IT Kindergarten, Rajeg District, Tangerang Regency in 2023. This analysis is the result of an evaluation of the school principal and teachers who saw that children's language development had not been achieved optimally. Data was collected using observation and documentation techniques. Data will be analyzed qualitatively descriptively. The results of this analysis show that there is an increase in children's abilities in activities storytelling on the story of Abu Nawas, after being given improvements through storytelling through diction and effective sentences delivered by the teacher.
