Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve motor skills in group B students of PAUDQU Al-Barokah by using play methods, through foot and hand footprints games. This research is a class action research (CAR). The research was carried out ini two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning implementing actions, observing and reflecying. The data subjects come from teachers, students and guardians of students. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, interviews, and using qualitative data analysis techniques and quantitative data analysis. The results of Class Action Research on Improving Early Childhood Gross Motor Skills through foot and hand footprints games at PAUDQU Al-Barokah Curug Tangerang showed a significant increase in motor skills, namely in the first period, precisely in March 2023, the average value was 65.3, while in the second one was selected in March 2023. The average score of the children was 72.82 because the score had not yet reached the assessment indicators, so activities were carried out again in the third periode and they got an average score of 82.67, and increase of 17%.
