The management of educational institutions plays a strategic role in ensuring the quality of educational services and the achievement of institutional goals. The problem in this study is related to how the management of educational institutions is implemented in terms of planning, implementation, and evaluation based on field observations. This study aims to describe and analyze the practice of managing educational institutions as a basis for improving the quality of educational management. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include direct observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the management of educational institutions has been carried out in a structured manner, marked by clear activity planning and a relatively organized division of tasks. The observation results also indicate that “the implementation of the education program is supported by collaboration between parties, although there are still limitations in terms of facilities and infrastructure.” Activity evaluations are conducted periodically, but they are not yet fully documented systematically. These findings suggest the need to strengthen the evaluation function and optimize resources so that the management of educational institutions can run more effectively. This study is expected to contribute as a basis for evaluation and a reference in the development of educational institution management.
