Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze how much the Influance of Profitability Variables (X1) and Assets Structure Variables (X2) on Capital Structure Variables (Y1). The method used is quantitative methods and analyzes the relantionship between the indeoendent variables and the dependent variabl. The measuring method used is the purposive sampling method by taking 45 respondents from the population as the research sample. For the liner regresion test, researchers used statistical analysis with the SPSS 23 program for windows.

From the research result it is know that the multiple linier regresion equation Y = 1,18 (a) + 0,132 (X1) + 49,481 (X2). Partually the profitability variable (X1) has a negative effect with a sig value of 0,011, partially the asset structure variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect with a sig value of 0,046. Collectively affect the capital structure variable (Y) seen at the significance F of 0,000, which means that the sig value of 0,000 < 0,05.
