Abstract

Investment based on sharia mutual funds have emerged as a new breakthrough in the expansion of equity-based investment in the digital economy era. It has guaranteed to offer a menu of sharia mutual funds on various well-known digital investment platforms. This sharia securities product was believed to open up opportunities for the high prospective economic valuation development of the people’s financial asset in long-term. Periodic monitoring and control of sharia mutual funds investment penetration are urgent. This research aims to observe and evaluate the sharia mutual funds investment practice in the digital economy era based on sharia perspectiv dimension. The research method which has used is qualitative with an emphasis on normative muamalah legal studies. The use of sharia perspective dimension involves the Al-Qur’an and Al-Hadith text related to sharia mutual funds. This research result reveals the depth of sharia mutual funds meaning based on the sharia perspective dimension scientific review. The original law of sharia mutual fund investment is permittable, both vertical and horizontal synchronization, so that its practice in the digital economy era has guaranteed in fulfilling Islamic law provision for muslim investors.
