Abstract
This qualitative research with a library research approach investigates the impact of organizational culture on communication effectiveness in Sharia business entities. By analyzing existing literature and academic sources, this study explores the role of values, norms, and behaviors within the organization that shape communication dynamics. The findings reveal that an organizational culture promoting open communication, Islamic values, and team cohesion positively influences communication effectiveness. The implications highlight the significance of cultivating a culture based on Islamic principles to enhance trust, credibility, and customer satisfaction, ultimately contributing to business success and sustainability.
