IMPLEMENTASI AKAD ISTISHNA’ PADA PRODUK KPR INDEN IB DI BANK BTN SYARIAH KANTOR CABANG KOTA TANGERANG DITINJAU BERDASARKAN FATWA DSN NO. 06/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 TENTANG AKAD ISTISHNA’

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the istishna’ contract on Inden KPR products at Branch Office of Bank BTN Syariah in Tangerang City and to figure out the suitability of applying the istishna’ contract to Inden KPR products at Bank BTN Syariah Syariah Branch Office in Tangerang City with Fatwa DSN MUI No. 06 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000 regarding the istishna’ contract. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative, which is, the research  will describes the studied object based on the facts, distinctness and deep meaning. The results of the research on the implementation of the istishna' contract on the KPR Inden iB product at Bank BTN Syariah KCS Kota Tangerang were reviewed based on the Fatwa DSN MUI No. 06 / DSN-MUI / IV / 2000, in practice of the istishna’ contract on the Inden iB KPR products is in accordance with the MUI DSN Fatwa.
