Abstract

Purchasing decision is an action taken by consumers to buy a desired product. Consumer purchasing decision making is a process of selecting one of several alternatives chosen. This study aims to determine consumer decisions in buying a house on Vila Rizki Ilhami housing products. This type of conducted research is using descriptive qualitative methods. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, referring to the concept of maqāṣid al-Sharī'ah (protecting religion, soul, mind, offspring, and treasure). The results of this study indicate that: First, the product concept shows that, the product of Vila Rizki Ilhami is in accordance with the Islamic housing concept. Secondly, regarding the consumer's decision on the purchase of Vila Rizki Ilhami housing is influenced by factors such as; Product, Price, and Location factors that influence purchasing decisions. Third, the results of the Implementation of Maqāṣid al-Sharī'ah to the consumer's decision to buy a Rizki Ilhami Villa Housing product. This research is expected to provide information about research on Consumer Decisions on housing purchases in other companies.
